By registering, you will have free access to search and view images, if you require a document download, it can be purchased for $4.00 per document with a $1.50 surcharge per transaction.
You can also purchase a subscription for $175.00 a month, this will reduce your document fees to $2.00 per document with a $1.50 surcharge per transaction. You must have a registered account before you can apply for a subscription. After registering, visit your Account section of the Washington DC and select Subscription from the list of options at the left side of the screen.
